At Ramadan Meal Box, we are committed to providing our customers with delicious and high-quality meals. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we have established the following policy to address them.

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at least 1-2 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
  • Orders cancelled 1-2 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled less than 1 hours before the delivery time may not be eligible for a refund.

Issues With Your Order

If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact us within 1 hours of receiving your meal box:

  • Incorrect items: You received items you did not order.
  • Missing items: Your order is missing one or more items.
  • Damaged items: Your meal box or its contents arrived damaged.
  • Quality concerns: You have concerns about the quality or freshness of your food.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and a description of the problem. We may also request a photo of the incorrect or damaged items.

Refunds and Solutions

Based on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Full or partial refund: We will refund the full or partial cost of your order to your original payment method.
  • Store credit: We will issue a credit to your Ramadan Meal Box account, which you can use for a future order.
  • Redelivery: We will redeliver the correct or a replacement meal box at a convenient time.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
